here's what I see when I listen to this:

0.00 - 0.30 - Two mexicans are in the desert, they are brothers, and have been committing crimes across the country for decades together, but where we join their tale, the eldest brother, has just been shot through the heart, the music begins to him falling to the sand in slow motion, a look of terror and hatred on his face.

0.30 - 1.00 - The younger brother begins to run over to his fallen bandit.

1.00 - 1.29 - The younger brother catches his brother before he hits the ground, there is blood everywhere, he shakes him, but he is already dead.

and everything after that, is the youngest brother bringing an onslaught upon the enemy.

Amazing Review... Mabye make this a reality?

i like

I agree with the review below to a certain extent, however I would say that the bass in this particular recording sounds impressive and full compared to the others, and in general all the parts of the rhythm going on sound pretty darn good. great tune, and would work well in some kind, of crime film intro, perhaps where there are two detectives but the one that is in charge is completely incompetent??

Dawbarton responds:

Hahahaha Lol Mourelli and Boresk perhaps? Lets make this happen as well...

outstanding

this has to be your best so far, possibly the best Rock song I've heard this year from a genre which is sadly dying with every pop punk band that gets splattered across the airwaves. big fan, very clever and catchy song. and well recorded, but it does deserve a studio recording (which is not a bad thing).

Dawbarton responds:

Would love to learn and record this with HTP this summer... thoughts?

tune!

so good i came back to listen again. i've just started making dub with logic express, such a fun outlet, i love being experimental. do you know any cheap tricks to make snares and kicks louder? or if you could point me in the direction of some good tutorials. this is something i really want to delve into and the more i play the more hooked i get. really great track though, well in.

TheBiocide responds:

Thanks bud, glad you came back :)

And to make your drums louder just play with the EQ and/or compress them. Although, I'm not exactly sure how that's done in Logic... never used it before :/ Can't be too hard though. And I guess just youtube 'drum loop tutorial'? Sorry, I'm not the right guy to be asking about tutorials xD I didn't really find them too effective when I first started out, so I didn't use em much :/

Good luck and keep at it, man. And thanks again for your review!

loving this!

this is a mastercraft of a song, very inventive.
i can imagine many a quest set to this music, all of which would be very entertaining. epicly billiant

Dawbarton responds:

Cheers Man, Epicly Billiant is exactly what i was going for
